Steps in placing order through our website
Minimum Order Quantity
We accepts orders of at least one (1) pack of any item for delivery. As of now, we only accept orders within Metro Manila. We encourage for bulk orders (maximum of 5 kg) to enjoy additional shipping fee. For corporate or wholesale orders, message us at [email protected]
Sunday and Holiday
Our office are closed every Sunday and Regular holiday. But we highly encourage to place your order through our website any day, 24/7. Order place on Sunday or Regular Holiday will be process on next business day.
Order Status
For order status or details inquiries, please check your email and we will send you update (invoice summary, Order status, Delivery Update & etc.)
Delivery Guidelines
Same day delivery
Currently, we do next day delivery for retail orders via GrabExpress within Metro Manila with shipping flat rate cost 180 pesos. Cut-off order with confirm payment at 2 pm and delivery of orders will be on the next business day. For corporate or wholesale order, delivery of orders will depend on the signed agreement.
